There are many rewarding opportunities to volunteer and help refugees and immigrants in your community. Check this page often for ways you can volunteer.  

 
 

Walk-in Hours Volunteers

Assist refugee families with looking over mail, calling for doctor appointments, filling out applications, and anything else that comes in the door

Our Walk-In hours are Monday - Thursday from 4- 6 PM at our office located at 429 S Main, Suite 1 in Logan.  Park behind the building, down the driveway on the south side of the building.

Qualifications
We are looking for detail-oriented, flexible, friendly folks who can be patient when being put on hold during a phone call, and can confidently try to explain various pieces of paperwork.

Community Garden Workers

Our garden is closed for the winter, check back in a few months for opportunities to help with spring planting!

Qualifications
We are looking for groups, families, or individuals who'd like to lend a hand in tending vegetables and in keeping the surrounding property nice and neat

 

Citizenship Study Group Tutors

We are most in need of these tutors in the summer months. This group convenes on Wednesdays from 6:00-7:00pm at our office at 429 S Main, Suite 1.

Qualifications
We are looking for people who can help people of various English-speaking abilities practice for their naturalization test and interview, who can explain in simple terms some very complex ideas

Driver's License Study Group Tutors

Our current needs are for Spanish-speakers. Call 435-915-6889 for updates on this group.

Qualifications
We are looking for people who can creatively explain the written test practice questions and have a fun time.

 

Neighbor Program

CRIC is launching a new Neighbor Program, where we will be pairing refugee and immigrant families with a Cache Valley family, in order to increase their access to a robust social network and help them feel more integrated into their new home.
